This policy describes how Pasta Remoli collects (and then uses) personal data obtained from you when you visit our website.

- to communicate with you about our offers, promotions, upcoming events, reviews and other news or those of our selected partners – this may be via email, telephone, text message and/or push notification – you can change your marketing preferences (including the way in which we contact you) by visiting our preference centre – see section 12*;
- to facilitate profiling, segmentation and personalisation – these may be based on location, preferences, interests and past actions (including restaurant bookings);
- to meet our legal obligations and for establishing, exercising or defending our legal rights;

9. Facebook / Meta Ads
We utilize Facebook advertising services to present our content to you while you are on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. You have the ability to manage how Facebook uses your data to display ads by disabling ads based on interests or your relationship with specific advertisers in your ad preference settings. Additionally, by visiting the Your Online Choices website, you can opt-out of Facebook’s interest-based ads. You can also modify your advertising preferences through the settings on your mobile device.
Please be aware that even if you opt-out using the methods mentioned above, you might still see our non-targeted advertisements while browsing online. This can occur if your interest settings on Facebook align with a predefined audience segment that our business targets. Unfortunately, we do not have control over this.
